Erm, just to point out, that Intel Core 2 Quad processors are out. These aren't really 4 individual cores, they're two dual cores running in tandem. It's hard to explain. Anyway
SEE HERE for the current top of the line Intel processor. (I wants me one, but for a full system it's like 6 months pay
).
You may also notice that AMD processors aren't really clocked above 3.0GHz either. It's something to do with not being able to send impulses any faster, or something.
