Err, *-) isn't that address the address of the sound packs? Aren't soundpacks and individual emotion sounds different things?

If Mamemo talks about the storage folder of emotion sounds on our computers, it is "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Messenger Plus!\Custom Sounds" on XP (maybe also on Vista)
