Well you cant push it too far really, you will get a warning if you do. Just increase the speeds by 5MHz each time, play the game, keep doing it till it improves. But if youre system freezes, take it down by 10MHz. Also, monitor your temps too.
Or just wait till someone who knows what they are doing comes along, Ive only been overclocking mine for about a week.
