I guess you could change the template to WindowTmpl for this kind of thing... but this may cause some other problems (I'd have to check the details).

Alright, as I really want to see one of your nice concepts be published on the site, I have added the option you needed. It will be in the next version :).

Note: if you need anything else than removing the titlebar's background, now is the time :).
