Yes, but how on earth would Harry's mind make up all the truth about the things Dumbledore told him? I think he was "dead" but not dead enough to see everyone else and be in the afterlife, since I think that only a part of him died, not all of him. Maybe because Dumbledore knew what was going to happen, he was waiting for him? I don't think Harry made up all the stuff Dumbledore told him.
