OK I have the Event log saving on an external USB drive which sometimes loses connectivity foir a few seconds at a time, but I don't see how this could cause THIS..
Events were logging until mid April, then my logs only log ME signing in and out (NOTHING was ever changed in the setup, and is still set to log everything from ALL contects)..
The log from June shows up, until mid June, then nothing..
I am totally lost at what is happening..
I run two MSN's at the same time on two different accounts..
One saves chats on the C drive in the default directory, with Event logging turned OFF.. while the one with is ON saves chat logs AND Event logs to the external drive..
Could this be part of the problem? Or not? I don't see how it could explain logs just stopping then picking up again, then stopping again for weeks at a time..
I was really depending on these logs, and when I looked and saw so much missing, ..I don't know what to do now..
Event Log missing most events?! HELP!
