hello everyone,
i have trouble openning and enjoying (?)
my chat logs since last saturday.
my passwords are correct but it wont open

when i type my password and press enter,
it shows me a error message which says

"An error occured while trying to decrypt your file.
Please reboot or try again on another computer."

I tried rebooting a lot of times but it wont work..
i didn't try it on other computer because i only have 1 computer =_=

what should i do????
