Looks like a cool program.
I don't post here often enough to make downloading it worth while though . . . but I did have an idea about people not being able to see the whole window.
If you lose the two banners at the bottom and just put "programmed by zigomar10" and the bug reports part in plain text it would give you a lot of extra room . . . then rearrange the buttons into maybe 4 rows instead of three so they don't take up as much of the screen width . . . also make the text box smaller to match . . . that might solve your sizing problem.
