Visual Basic does not export the DLLs when you compile it. You need to create an ActiveXObject for it.

code:
var MyActiveXObj = new ActiveXObject('ProjectName.ClassName');

MyActiveXObj.MyFunction('hi', 'we', 'are', 'params);
