Or have you changed the language in Office/Word to US English from AU/EU English or visa versa? Office allows you to have multiple autocorrect files based on the current language setting.
In any case, they're *.ACL files, located in %AppData%\Microsoft\Office.
You can establish which one is yours by taking a look at your default language in word and then cross referencing the ACL files and the numbers within the file names against the list of locales at
