No you cannot, that information is sent through the protocol. If you do not have their font installed on your computer then Windows Live Messenger uses the default one on your computer. There isn't a way to do this.

Also this has been asked a shit load of times so try searching next time before posting because you would see the answer hasn't changed since it was first asked.
