Chris, that registry file is supposed to fix the file association. Thing is that I tried before checking the txt file association from Folder Options (Control Panel) and it was associated to Windows Notepad, so that made me think that the file association was right. Anyway I applied your suggested fix and no change
UPDATE: I restarted the computer and the link was restored, thanks!
