Shoutbox

So i had the normal MSN Live, but I stopped using it and started using WEB MSN . Because there's one big problem. I don't know why, but my MSN Live automatically disconnects itself like every 5 minutes i log in. I downloaded the Plus cuz maybe it would repair itself or something. So for now i still use the WEB MSN. So what can i do to fix it? Please don't tell me it's my internet, because i know it's not. Ok so thanks in advance .
