^ I'm having a problem similar to the one above, but I didn't know if it was right to just "revive" the year-old thread...
Whenever I log off and log on again, it forgets my contacts' names and chat window themes (You know how you can set different colours for individual contacts?). The online contact names are fine, yet the offline ones are almost 6-month-old.
For some reason, it can remember my CONTACT LIST colour scheme too, but just not the individual chat windows...
About two weeks ago all the colour schemes were fine, so it's a recent problem.
EDIT: For anyone who has the same problem, I have "solved" it by creating a new user account and switching to it (on my computer, not email). If you are really desperate, it's one way out.
