Azure, change your password if you have given it to an untrusted website, and also your secret question.
Concerning your Hotmail experience, Napbree is probably correct that the page was just incompletely loaded. There may also have been some error at Hotmail that is fixed now, so check it again (change your password and secret question while you're there).
To post a screenshot:- Press the print screen key to copy the current screen to the Windows clipboard.
- Paste the screenshot into Paint
- Save the screenshot from paint as a PNG format file
- Use the attachment feature of our forum and upload the file you just saved
