Note about this one: the hyphen in security-wise is grammatically necessary; the comma after program is also wrong and should be replaced, either by the semicolon as shown, or by a dash ("program - only") or new sentence ("program. Only") depending on stylistic preference.
While I could be wrong as I'm no expert in English grammar, I think there are many more instances of commas being used instead of semicolons in the English language file. I recall using quite a few semicolons in the Danish translation in places where the English source simply utilized commas. Maybe if I have some more energy later I'll try to document my claim.
