No, it'd be stupid, immature and no one in there right mind would want it.
Yes, but make it a Plus! option so people with different languages wont have to download a separate file (And people who dont want to, but want to look at it) wont have to download a seperete files

True, as i said this is beta, havent spelt checked or revised any of my spellings, hopefully most if not all are fixed by relese day.
