No, it'd be stupid, immature and no one in there right mind would want it.
Yes, but make it a Plus! option so people with different languages wont have to download a separate file (And people who dont want to, but want to look at it) wont have to download a seperete files

i think those thongs are just different.i mean i don't think that someone could laugh with these because they skinning points in making msn more beautiful and not more funny.nice try though.
