Computer restarting

O.P. Computer restarting
On a night time (Between 5pm and about 2am) I sign in to the newest Windows Live Messenger. Soon after my computer says:
'Your computer must restert due to BAD_POOL_HEADER'
And then restarts
Anyone no why?
