Anybody could (and IMHO should) do it. It makes finding problems with certain scripts easier as if we have 10 reports and they all have the same script, it's safe to think it may be the cause.
But there is a (!SVER) tag for scripts info and no need to list the running script names under (!VER) tag anymore (thanks to warmth for making this suggestion). Most of the Plus! users (ones who use 4.50 or above) are able to use that tag and I think -dt- should remove that plugin from his script (I know one can disable it, but for example I didn't know it and I am here
