Did you try to reinstal all over?
if you dont want to lose your answers
go to c:\programfiles\messengerplus!\scripts\Anwering machine plus\
and copy the Config to a other place
the reïnstal the program (first delete)
then reinstal
might restart messenger.
then go back to the directory
and paste the config again

if doesnt work try add Formule_sof@hotmail.com.
