O.P. RE: Download Error?

I'm getting a similar error message when I try to download version 4.5

When I try to download it from the official site I get an errror message that says:

Internet Explorer cannot download MsgPlusLive-45.exe from mirror .msgpluslive.net. The connect with the server was reset.

Does anyone have another link?
