Making features for people with changed usernames will only promote more name changes.
Currently there are maybe 30 name changes per year, half of those are people you don't care about or people who don't post much anyway. IMO it's just not worth spending
any time on this. Changed usernames should be an exception, there's generally no point on making features for exceptions. If someone changes his name and doesn't bother to put his old name in his caption or sig than it's his fault when i mistake him for a newb
