Your connection to the internet is Rogers... everything you do on the internet goes trough Rogers, so anything will count. Unless it's trough a complete other internetconnection, but you'll have to pay another ISP for that.
There are probrams like
NetMeter and
NetLimiter, but the downside is you have to install in on every pc that accesses the internet connection, and you can't install it on a Xbox/PS3 or any other non-PC device, making it very unreliable for monitoring your monthly usage.
Your provider probably has a site where you can login to see how much you used, that will be the most reliable way.
