HELP!!! Display name doesn't update in conversation windows.

O.P. HELP!!! Display name doesn't update in conversation windows.
When I update my display name it does not update in the conversation windows (it is still the old one). When i go to talk to someone, my name has not updated; but it say's it has been in the default window.

Any idea's how to fix this?!
