What do you want to open, Log Viewer or Chat Log of the current conversation owner?
Now please check if Log Viewer.exe is in Messenger Plus! Live's installation folder with the exact same name (C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live in Windows XP mostly). If not, reinstall Messenger Plus! Live.
