O.P. [Bug] Submenu arrows missing in Vista

The submenu arrows for Messenger Plus!-generated menus are missing when hovering the submenu entry in Windows Vista.

Steps to reproduce:

Click the Messenger Plus! icon in the contact list toolbar.
Hover the item "Lock Messenger", and look at the entry "Messenger Skin", it has a black arrow on its right.
Now hover the item "Messenger Skin" so the submenu expands. The arrow is gone.

Windows Vista Ultimate Service Pack 1
Windows Live Messenger 9.0.1407
Messenger Plus! Live 4.60.0.324
