Horoscopes say something 'might' happen, or whatever that is going to happen, there's a chance of it happening to anyone.
For example, today my horoscope says:

Well yeah, we're doing some wallpapering and DIY in my house, but I haven't done it 'this weekend'. There's a chance that anyone could be doing DIY this weekend.
