Hi,

I am also having the same problem. My @hotmail.co.uk account signs in fine, but my @live.co.uk doesn't.

Even tried it on Web Messenger, but still doesn't work.

Surely must be something Microsoft have done wrong?

I thought possibly all @live.co.uk accounts might not be working, but you say your friend can log in with her's fine :^)
