Live sever doesn't know if I'm coming or going.

O.P. Live sever doesn't know if I'm coming or going.
Right now when people send me a message it bounces back saying user is offline even though they can see me online.  when I log off, close the app, reboot the machine, whatever, I still appear online.  Anyone know WTF is going on here?
