Since you can't open that link, I would check your HOSTS file.
And also, disable System Restore and boot up in
SAFE MODE (click link to read details), and do a complete virus scan, after you've made sure your virus definitions are up to date in your anti-virus program.
The HOSTS file can usually be found here:
Windows 95/98/Me => c:\windows\hosts
Windows NT/2000/XP Pro => c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Windows XP Home => c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Windows Vista => c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
(You need administrator access for Windows NT/2000/XP. For Vista you also need to turn off UAC or use an elevated access.)
