No, that does NOT nessecairly mean they have blocked you in any way!!!
That list is called the
Reverse List and shows the people who have added you on their own Contact List. It doesn't have anything todo with who has blocked you or not.
If the option to 'delete' is disabled, it means that the contact has added you on his/her Contact List, nothing more!!!!
If the option to 'delete' is enabled, it ONLY means that the contact does not have you in his Contact List, but only in
either his/her Allow List
or Block List. (but you do have that contact on YOUR OWN Contact List, aka it is a so called 'fake' contact).

That list and the 'delete' option has got nothing, absolutely nothing todo with who has blocked who....
THERE IS NO WAY TO CHECK IF YOU ARE BLOCKED OR NOT!
