That wont solve much. Appart from removing some temporary files, cleaners like that will NOT fix or remove the registry keys involved if that is what you're using them for.
Registry cleaners are designed to do other stuff and should only be used if you actually know what they exactly do. Otherwise you might do more damage (to other components in your Windows installation which you even don't have any idea of) than solving anything.....
CCleaner could be used to remove some temporary files (even then you should be carefull what you delete) but that wont solve these issues. And especially not any registry key issues related to WLM.
