O.P. No tabbed windows?

Hey, I just got a new pc, added in WLM 8.5, and downloaded MPL from the website (MsgPlusLive-470.exe)

I started it up, and saw that the windows were not tabbed. Anyone can help me?
I previously was able to have tabbed windows in my older computer.
