Anyways, to give you an answer: Make sure you have downloaded Messenger Plus! from the
official site and from nowhere else. The multiple account option in Messenger Plus! Live is listed under the following Messenger Plus! preferences tab:
Plus! > Preferences > Customize! > General.
In order to use this option you need to manually start Messenger as much times as you want by clicking on its startup link in your start menu or from your desktop.
