If people get a problem with the border in the preferences shifting it has something to do with the units of measurement that the plus windows use. Apparently it all depends on your screen settings so some people might get the glitch while others wont.

Its really weird. ugh skinning plus was horrible

I'll take a look into it tomorrow, its late and I don't think my brain will be able to work it out now.
