We have had a discussion about this before, e.g. in
Windows Live Messenger 9.0 and in
Windows Live Messenger 9 (2009) (14.0.3921.717). As you can read in
Patchou's reply to Windows Live Messenger 9.0, no update is planned for the version you are using.
Also, you are using beta software. Software labeled beta is intended for testing purposes and in general not meant to be used for everyday use. If you wish to use the latest version with which Messenger Plus! Live will work, please go to
http://messenger.msn.com and download it from there
