Buttons need hover states, I like them and it's easy to tell if it actually is a button that way. Links need to match the colour scheme too, and the boxes with content in them should be lightened a bit. Footer text would probably look better in white. That is all (that hasn't been suggested from what I've seen).

I was working on hover states, but ran into some problems and decided not to do it for the time being (too tired at 2 am to try and do it ). Other tips noted
