Does the song have the correct tags set in iTunes and have you chosen the correct options in the iTunes+ script?

Mine is set like this under the "Use the following format for the Now Playing PSM:

%artist% - %title%
[Image: 1ftt0hpk-signature.png]
AutoStatus Script || Facebook Status Script
