If you're having problems attaching files you could also use a service like
Megaupload and include the links in your mail instead of the attachments.
dt and I were working on a total rebuild of the skis and scripts DB where you would be able to fill in forms and upload files trough a webinterface amongst a lot of other new features, but unfortunately it didn't work out.
