O.P. System.Drawing.dll

Since I have little to no experience with Interop and DLLs, I was wondering if it is possible to call System.Drawing to create an Image object using Image.FromFile and then get the format of the Image object via Image.RawFormat. If so, can some example code please be posted (A)

. If not, can I write a DLL that is usable by Plus!?
