I don't know anything about WLM for Mobile, but if the error message you gave had an error code, please tell us what it is, as it may help to find the solution.
A "problem with the server" error is not the fault of your phone, or your account, but the servers that provide the service to you, for example your mobile ISP. Unfortunately there is not much you can do about this, if this is the case.
