Why are you wanting to print right to the edges in word?

What's the document of?

If it's a picture (or such like) then you're much better off using powerpoint as you can (I think) actually achieve true borderless printing.

Also bear in mind that the printer settings might be over-riding any settings in word so check print settings for margins, including advanced print settings, just in case
