As .Lou said we are not Microsoft. If you have done all of what you posted then post over at their Space. Or better yet how about you post at their newsgroup. There wouldn't be anything further we could tell you aside from what you have already done and verifying your time and date is correct.

And also impossible unless you are installing an application. And at that point it is your own damn fault for installing something without researching it.
