O.P. Suggestion: Offline mode
i also suggested this when giving feedback on the new msn.
I reckon there should be an offline mode in messenger - when you aren't connected to the internet. You should be able to post messages and people can post to you, and when you reconnect they are sent to each other - put in the correct order, and highlighted to show they were sent in offline mode.
When the internet goes, Messenger doesn't instantly sign out - it's a while before it does that, and it doesn't tell you messages fail for ages. And even if they do send - they're in the wrong order.
Would this be possible?
