If you mean there's no CMDID for skin's options... you're wrong =)

As you can see, the skin's options button is there it's the same cmdid, and can be placed both where it is and where the add contact button is. (cmdid 7460)

It works fine in def file 923 but it doesn't work in def file 1001 or 920
