Not much you can do about someone elses account. Now if they changed your password on you then you have the ability of talking to Microsoft but I doubt they will do anything in this case. Just email all your contacts and change your password.
And also you posted in the wrong section. This should be in the Windows Live Messenger section not in the Messenger Plus! help and support section.
