Sorry, it was just a try, but the error wasn't that. Did you tested it?

Edit: Ok, it was ShGetFileInfoW instead of SHGetFileInfoW.
Now code seems to be correct, but for some reason Debug says:
"ShGetFileInfoW : Failed"
