Do you have any skins or scripts for Messenger Plus! Live installed?
Also do you have any other add-ons for Windows Live Messenger installed?
Which versions of Windows Live Messenger and Messenger Plus! Live do you have installed? The quickest way to find this is to send (!VER) to a contact and copy and paste the result here
