I guess that'd be cause of the high religiousness of the country.. you have Christian and Greek stuff in Paris that I've seen.. A lot of people who are Muslims and Jews there so that kinda explains the question I guess

Uhm, I think you misunderstood the question. It's under the heading "American" and then asks "Been to more than 3 states" so isn't it obvious that it means US states as opposed to Indian states?
